Fear & Eating in Las Vegas

1. Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab (Forum Shops at Caesar's) Order: Medium stone crab claws (for the table), Entree: Dover Sole, Sides (for the table): Hashed Brown (crispy), Creamed Spinach. Don't miss the corn muffins-ridiculous.
2. The Oyster Bar (Palace Station) Order: Combo Pan Roast (crab, scallops, shrimp), heat level- 7. Typically a long line, but was worth the wait if you have time to kill. 
3. Chengu Taste (Chinatown) Order (for the table): Hunan Spicy Lamb (toothpicked), Kung Pao Chicken, rice, green tea. Located next to Floyd Mayweather's gym. 
4. Fuku Burger (Chinatown) Order: Tamago (burger with fried egg, onion strings, teriyaki, wasabi mayo), jazz fries. 
5. Tacos El Gordo (Multiple locations) Order: Adobada (get this), cabeza, chorizo, carne asada tacos.
6. Eggslut (The Cosmopolitan) Order: Sausage, egg & cheese sandwich, add avocado. Not bad, but being from the south, I'd prefer a biscuit over the brioche bun.
